What is the lead time for production?

• Fabric Supply & Production: If you select a fabric that is in stock, we can begin production immediately. However, if your chosen color is not available, fabric production will take approximately 3-4 weeks.
• Sample Production: We aim to deliver a sample product within 2-3 weeks.
• Full Production: Once the sample is approved, the full production process takes 4-6 weeks, depending on the product category.

Can accessories be customized?

Yes, we offer full customization for accessories, including packaging, hang tags, neck labels, washing instructions, and more. Customization options depend on minimum order quantities and specific design requirements.

What fabric options do you offer?

We provide a variety of fabric qualities, including super-soft, soft-fleece, supreme, gabardine, interlock, and many more. Additionally, we offer a wide range of colors and can conduct R&D for custom fabric qualities. We also have the capability to dye fabrics to match Pantone colors.

Do you offer design services?

Yes, our in-house design team provides design services for clients. If you already have your own designs, we can discuss the best application methods to bring your vision to life. Our techniques include screen printing, digital printing, transfer printing, embroidery, and more.
